By submitting this payment, you authorize Due Notice to initiate an ACH debit from your designated bank account. This authorization remains in effect until cancelled in writing. Payments submitted before 5:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed the same day.

A service fee of 1.5% of your total payment amount will be charged for each transaction. This fee is non-refundable. Borrowers enrolled in AutoPay who have made 3 or more consecutive on-time payments are eligible for a fee waiver.

Payments made through Due Notice are applied proportionally across all active loan accounts. Individual loan servicers may take 1–3 business days to reflect updated balances. Due Notice is not responsible for servicer-side processing delays.

Scheduled payments may be cancelled up to 2 business days before the scheduled date. Same-day payments cannot be cancelled once submitted. To cancel a scheduled payment, visit the Payments tab or contact support.
